Is there a Primary and a Caucus?

The MSM said there is a Primary followed by a caucus in the same day but they said for the democrats without mentioning republicans. Is it the same on the republican side?

Texas is a primary state, not a caucus state. But there will be precint conventions on March 4 after the polls close.

Yeah, at 7 o'clock the caucus, or precinct convention, that elects delegates begins. Be sure to get your voter card stamped after you vote to be able to attend.
