This would be sweet.....14% , then MSM couldn't put McCain above Paul.....because you know they will base it all on %

What the spread have to be between Ron and McCain?

It sucks I've got to bump myself.......I guess no one knows? Too late I guess. oops

we're at 13.3 need 13.5 to round up. mccain is at 12.8, needs to drop to round down. If the last 2 percent of precints go high for ron paul it could be a 14-12 spread.

And it's impossible to know how many votes he needs to push him to 13.5%, as the total number is also still increasing.

nobody really knows how many votes are left.
according to one other post there are a lot left in nye county. so it might be possible.

It's possible I think. Nye and Storey still have a lot of precincts left, and they are leaning strongly toward RP.

look at this:

Nye

Giuliani Huckabee Hunter McCain Paul Romney Thompson Total

21 110 10 122 205 210 34 712

3% 15% 1% 17% 29% 29% 5% 100%

ron paul 29% of 712 votes so far in Nye county.
8 of 33 precincts reporting.

Its not too late to get 14%

Right now according to the Nevada GOP site, Ron Paul has 13.41% of the votes, he only needs 13.5% of the votes, to be rounded up to 14%. .09% is a very very small number of votes.

McCain is still sitting at 12.86%, so unless he can somehow get to 13.5% he will be stuck at 13%, giving us a second place! The odds are in our favor based on the counties still not reporting.
