Is it time to reconsider an HQ Superbowl ad to reach Super Tuesday states?

Before, I thought this would have been a grave misuse of funds. With recent developments however (HQ asking for $23 million to reach 20 states) I'm beginning to like the idea more and more. It would only take $1 million for a 30 second ad that would reach MILLIONS of homes in Super Tuesday states. They've got the funds. They just need to come up with a brilliant ad.
 
i have also heard, unsourced, that no political ads are allowed, at the behest of the broadcasters(not the gov).
