Is America even worthy of Ron Paul?

start investing in gold and foreign currencies, everyone.

Actually, we should've started that years ago.

That's the problem with our democracy. Quite frankly, if only male white landowners were allowed to vote we'd getter pols. I know people hate to hear it, but it's true, and our founding fathers realized it.

Is America worthy of Ron Paul? No.

But everyone on this forum is. All those people in the meetups are worthy too. Guys like LLepard are certainly worthy.

The rest of the country obviously doesn't care what happens so let's just elect Ron Paul anyways.

Let's just raise money and buy an island or some land in Africa and make our own country. It would be much easier than trying to influence American politics.

People, you have to stop this. 13% reporting. Keep that in mind in your gloom and doom. And then remember the first revolution, most people, like everyone was not involved. It was started by a few. This is the beginning, not the end!

Unfortunately you can't compare the American Revolution to the Ron Paul Revolution. We have to win democratically...the Founders only had to defeat a single military enemy in battle. If this were a war the RPR would have already won...but its an election and 10%, while it may win war, can't win a deomcratic election.

That has been tried in Rhodesia. The NWO croud, the same creeps we are fighting, destroyed this fine country. Now it's called Zim for short.

People are "sheep" and we stumbled a bit in our marketing or Ron Paul... But I believe things are not yet lost, especially because GOP field looks very screwed up and Ron Paul is the only pure one still standing. Generally we were "screaming" to much and scared some Americans. But we'll help them come around.

It's beautiful, remote, and only has a population of 3 million. They are an independent-minded people and have a small libertarian movement. Many Americans are buying homes there. I suggest you go for a visit (check out the South Island).

We could do a "Free Country Project".

Ron Paul did his best. And people are greatly underestimating his achievement. He came out of nowhere to get 8-10% of Pubs in two states. The Ghoul has been stumping for POTUS for 5 YEARS! and look at him! Romney spent a personal fortune. McCain has been a household name for 25 years! This is a serious achievement that should never be discounted. The only true surprise in Huck, but he a built-in audience which everyone else was avoiding. RP created an audience out of hard work and grassroots politics. It's quite an achievement, and it WILL influence the next election.

Not really. The people were scared to against the crown just as people today are scared to go against the political machine. It was dangerous, not even a close majority was there in the first nine months. We are just, just beginning, but once the people see, they will come over. He is consistent, the government is scared of him. And BTW- a single military was the biggest at the time and we had nothing but militias and farmers. It was about dedication and belief that the war was won then and that is how it will be won now. We have to see, like George Washington had to see, that we might come close to losing everything, it might look like there is no hope, but there is always hope and the possibility is always a possibility as long as we keep it on the table. But once you take it off, it is no longer in existence. We are a strong 5th, maybe fourth, we will be gaining from Iowa and this will continue to bring people over. Some people don't even know who he is. I think we are doing great!

10% of the US population that still believes in the Jeffersonian ideology will always lose to those who refuse to stop sucking off the teet of those who offer handouts for votes. Education is the only way to stop this trend.

Today, the fight is no longer between Jefferson and Hamilton's philosophy. Its between Marx's Communism and Hamiltonian Nationalism, Mercantilism, and Protectionism. Until we can get the people back into the views of the Enlightment Age we will never be free. Natural law is dead in the eyes of the majority of Americans

We, as a political ideology, do not have enough educators teaching the ways of Jefferson, Taylor, Tucker, Mason, Henry, Yates to the children of these United States.

If the cleanest politician in the world can't win in the US then it shows you just how far we as a country have fallen in just 230 short years

If Ron Paul would win and when the $hit hits the fan in a year or two, the media would make him into the fall guy. I believe the next president is going to have to put out a lot of fires in his first term. The public isn't going to be happy with what has to happen. Ron Paul is the only one with guts to face it head on. Everyone else will just ignore it till you can't anymore.

You are

WRONG!

America, the Great Republic, she, she is worthy of Ron Paul more than the finest ocean liner is worthy of the noblest captain. But our ship is sinking! We need not to jump unto the Switzerland life boat, but we must bail out the waters of tyranny from both the Port and Starboard side of the political field!

But not the PEOPLE. Otherwise, they would understand many of the issues he "brings out" already, and would vote for him.

Fer srsly, I'm probably gonna move to Switzerland.

I have been there, it's a great country. I imagine it's exactly like what Amerika used to be. I don't know about the taxation there, I do know that you will never be a Swiss citizen, your children could be though.
