Iran's Media supporting Ron Paul?!!

That's VERY interesting. It's just a short article, but his picture is on the front page, a place where you'd expect to see Obama or Hillary. I like it.

I wonder if Paul's message might actually spread better through the middle east and into US through Muslim families. Yes, I know Iran is not a Muslim country but Persian, but I'm speaking in general.

Crap, here we go, hope there isn't a photo with Paul and the President of Iran, Israel will have a hissy fit and the MSM will go with it, they are after all desperate for dirt on the nice, respectable, kind, squeeky clean next President of the USA!

Iran is a Muslim country, but you are right that it is Persian, not Arab. Does make one wonder how Ron Paul is viewed by American Muslims. Granted American Muslims are unlikely to have one uniform opinion of the candidates, but perhaps there is some widely shared sentiment.

I wouldn't say they're SUPPORTING, exactly, but certainly interested. I sure would be if I were in their shoes.

It's not like achmed-i-need-to-shave-ijad is endorsing him, but that would be something the media really could spin in a bad way.
"We don't have gays in our country"
*shakes head in disbelief*

I work with an Iranian gent, and he is a RON PAUL supporter.

Yes they are a muslim nation, and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

People just dont understand that BOTH religions, Christian and Muslim share very similar beliefs. Dont kill, be nice to others, dont steal, etc.
Their books are written in a different way, but the key players in both books are the same figures.
Moses, adam and eve, Noah, King David, JESUS, 12 disciples, etc.
People just need to research a bit to understand.

THe point is not to judge the ideaology based on what they name their god, but their moral standards, and the majority of them have very high standards toward the importance of getting along with other people.
MSM only reports the negative radical freaks to keep the tension in place.

Did you expect anything more from MSM?

+1

I would consider his bad news, at least right now. The MSM is going to totally spin this and push away some fence setters.

I don't see this as bad news at all. It proves that what Dr. Paul is saying is true: If we get out of the Middle East, the terrorists will leave us alone.

its never a bad thing to have a president who inspires not only 100's of thousands here in the USA, but all over the world..

All of US for Ron Paul
France for Ron Paul
Germany for Ron Paul
Canada for Ron Paul

its catching on.

Iraqs and the other Arabs like Ron Paul.

In my personal opinion, I think the only reason Iraqi violence has calmed down is because Ron Paul is running.

=D

the msm would put a bad spin on this if the found it
Paul's message can unspin any spin.

I sometimes think "Ouch, this can be bad." I'm still not sure that Paul doesn't regret the fascism comment in regard to the weirdly phrased question about the (apparent) cross in Huckabee's Christmas video, but I think that especially after the intelligence report that showed Iran ended whatever aspirations it had for nuclear weaponry (for whatever reason we'll eventually put in our history books), some good news coming out of Iran might not be all that bad for Paul's presidency, even if his opponents go after him for it.

Well, it's an obvious choice for who Iran would like to see as President.
