Iran & Russia agree to not use dollars for oil

Bush/Cheney et al were talking about Iraq from the first cabinet meeting.I conclude this is why:

Iraq drops dollar and starts using euro in oil sales.

Iraq war starts. Notably few European countries support war because they prefer oil to be traded in euro.
