And a related question: why didn't they count Alan Keyes' votes? I'm sure he got some, in fact it wouldn't have surprised me if he got more than Hunter or even Giuliani - but they simply didn't record his totals. Why? Were they trying to save Giuliani the embarrassment of a 7th-place finish?

I was wondering this too, somebody posted that the GOP said they had until the 11th to finish the tally. It is now the 15th
