I saw before it was cut off
Tommy talks of his poor upbringing where he had to go to college and carried all his stuff in a paper bag and implying he's just the same today implying how frugal he is, I guess. He tells how he will visit every county in Iowa like he did in his home state to get elected there. He talks of the 16% tax cut he gave to his state and I think he said 800,000 new jobs also. More than any other state. He owns the same farm he grew up on and still raises horses. Supports marrage as man and woman. Promissed to have a fence on the border with in 100 days after taking office. Supports English only. Well thats all I can think of now.

Wisconsin workers
I think I found out where some of the workers they got in Wisconsin. Why didn't he after these illegals?

Wisconsin's Work Force Consists Of Two Percent Undocumented Immigrants
The Badger State's undocumented immigrants account for up to two percent of Wisconsin's 5.5 million residents as indicated from census polls .
The Pew Hispanic Center says the state has 75,000 to 115,000 illegal immigrants. The estimate puts Wisconsin at number 21 among states in terms of immigrant population.
These undocumented immigrants in Wisconsin tend to work in hotels, cleaning services, canning or meat industries, farms, construction, landscaping, home repair and roofing. Most are from Mexico but there are others from other countries as well.
Experts say the state's proximity to Chicago has driven a recent increase in the population. Chicago is a major immigration destination.

Exactly, so much blurring of the lines between "legal" and "illegal immigration" in the Media. Trying to make it look like people who are against illegal immigration are also against ALL immigration.

The thing Thompson doesn't GET, is it's NOT government's job to create jobs...It's their job to get the hell out of our way!

It was a big push from LaRaza, from what I can tell. You know, the folks who helped WRITE our immigration bill.
