Basically I was thinking about an Internet Town hall, (someone from the meet up group coined it a 'Voter Bomb', like the money bomb but directly generating new voters/supporters) somewhat like the NH TH, but web casted to all the meet up groups or "Freedom Parties" as I'd like to call them, (possibly held at public places like bars or restaurants to bring in casual observers also, but would be doable in community centers, schools and such just need a internet connection, a projector/ big screen, and a computer).
Can advertise it local as a Town Hall meeting with Ron Paul that is being held at that location, and meet up members and supporters can bring more friends in and treat it as a social gathering. People at each meet up can ask questions directly to Ron Paul from the "Freedom Parties", HQ screens and picks out ones to answer and the response is web casted to everyone over the internet. We could also put all the questions together as a FAQ that could be read online.
People interested in just learning more can watch from home and post questions online also. Ron Paul's message and stance is too complex to be truncated into a sound bite, and being interactive makes it feel more personal, and make more supporters. If done on a weekly or bi-weekly bases it can also cover current Ron Paul topics of interests and happenings from HQ, bringing all the groups together, go over lessons learned from other states to make our efforts more efficient, and hopefully more successful.
I like the idea because it can directly generate new supporters with each meeting at a much higher ratio then a mass mailing or commercial. Ron Paul can go into much greater detail explaining his position and plans to accomplish his goals. We won't be regulated by the mass media and hack reporters constantly interrupting to try cut off an explanation. Ron can do it from anywhere, reach and interact with all his supporters without leaving where he is currently concentrating his efforts. It can organize our forces, and if we log where each supporter is at and voter area, we can also we can actually track current voters and see the growth of voters and support everywhere ( know who to call to make sure they got out to vote on election day in that area).
So what do you think?
