For those of you who don't already know, your sovereignty was compromised back in May 09. Canadian border officials and Canadian Coast Guards can now search and detain US citizens in US waters under the guise of integrated border security. Likewise, DHS can search and detain Canadian citizens in Canada.
Be prepared to see more integration on land as well as water. As a Canadian, I am very upset about this, as so should be Americans.
