Assuming a 3% margin of error, every candidate could be at 14%. Not sure what to make of this poll, evidence of the Santorum surge perhaps, but I haven't heard any reason Gingrich should be rebounding or Paul would be falling this hard.

This pollster has consistently given Romney his lowest numbers: 17, 18, 12, 12, 19, 15, 18 going back to October.

For Paul, this is the first poll since the start of November in Iowa where his numbers have gone down and it's quite the tumble.
