Inexpensive covert-ish recording device?

Hi all,

I've been browsing around for some inexpensive video recording devices, but everything is a little pricey. I don't want them integrated into a pair of eye glasses, but they should be easily 'hidden'. Ideally, I could use an external battery pack and storage device (some sort of flash device).

Has anyone seen something like this?

Thanks everyone. I don't want to spend $150, and that ebay item looks great - except that it would take too long to get here... only other problem is that the battery life is only 2 hours. Although, there are external USB batteries.
 
I have a lot of those little devices. Ebay sells a lot of them. Ebay has them for the right price. The resellers have extra markup, things cost way more than they should.

look for spy camera on ebay. that'll give you a wide wide variety of types.
There are probably 5 other threads on this all in the last month.

"808 #3" "808 #11" are both good. the first is the 480P version, the #11 is a 720P version. That's around $40. Great video, no dropped frames, 30fps. there don't seem to be usa sellers on ebay.

This camera here has a usa seller. $16.49. I happen to like this one more than the 808 key camera. I like being able to tell that it's recording. when this one is recording video, the red light flashes. I like knowing that it's working.

Don't worry about video. Audio is good enough to nail parliamentary violations. Just get a high condensing digital recorder like college students use at lectures. Put it in something inconspicous like a box of tissue papers ("I have allergies" :rolleyes: ) or a woman can keep it in a purse.
 
search for button spycam. the front part is like a button while the rest of it remains behind the shirt.
on eBay u can find it cheap.
or those which look like car keychains.

If you got a smart phone, there are plenty of apps that let you do sound recording covertly as well.
