In my opinion Dr. Paul should skip Florida...

for the most part (with the exception of the January 24th debate). Maybe we should be concentrating on Maine and the February 5th states while the others battle it out in Florida. Florida is a winner take all state and it seems as if resources might be wasted there. This is just how I feel about it (I am not saying that we should do it, but it just seems like a good strategy to me). Feel free to comment.

Dude, are you INSANE? Are you clueless as too how many delegates there are in Florida? Florida is one of the few states you go for, come hell or high water. California is another.

Wake up man, do you even understand whats going on????

Actually, that's not a terrible call. 5% of a big state is still no delegates. And Dr. Paul has a shot in Maine.

I know we're a winner takes all state, but a good showing here is very important. He better come!

That half-million dollar blimp that alot of people donated to has spent 90% of its time in Florida. Skipping the state would make that project an even more colossal waste of time and money.

You cant get any delegates from Florida unless you win the majority. The reason we did so well in Nevada today was because we prioritized our resources and went after a state not many candidates are campaigning in. This seems to be the most effective strategy and we should continue it. Everyone going after Florida, and not other states which is good for us because we can go after the states there not campaigning in.

Tough call.

Florida only has 57 delegates due to penalties. Nevada has 34.
Florida is an overrated media darling.

He should concentrate on Texas and California most of all. If Florida gets in the way of these two states, forget about it.

Better to concentrate on friendly Western states with a chance for a solid delegate count.

we should focus on LA, AL, WV, CA, and the small feb 5th states like Montana....

Ron Paul doesnt have the media, why does he need to go by their blatently followed schedule.

Also, Ron could definitely do well in NY. His message would be pretty well recieved here and nobody at all has campaigned here. People seem to only know who Giuliani is and dislike him a lot.

The trick I think is to be the first seed in the minds of voters in states that have been ignored thus far, like CA, TX, NY, etc... worked in Nevada and we'll get similar results in states that are less Mormon friendly.

Blitz these big states now and we're in business

I am glad some of you agree with me that Florida seems like a bad deal in terms of getting the most for our money. I liked the sneaky Nevada strategy.

I'm glad there is a dialogue going on about this. The R3VOLUTION is starting to think STRATEGICALLY.

Now you're thinking like Ron Paul :)
