EDIT: If we take the 2 million goal and divide it by 1 million supporters. That means we only need to average $2 donated per individual who's voted for Paul. Obviously there's some flex, but this should be doable. :cool:

I think the $1.2 million displaying is actually from the last money-bomb; it's not part of the 'In It To Win It' campaign. Unless I'm mistaken.
 
Chipin needs to be set up to raise money for advertising this online. We need to buy facebook ads, space on Lew Rockwell and adverts on Free Talk Live. Perhaps even infowars?

We need to ask major liberty figures to get on board promoting this: Tom Woods, Adam Kokesh, Judge Nap, Lew Rockwell, Peter Schiff etc. Perhaps someone could collate ways to get in contact with these people. They have such a huge reach, the equivilent of hours and hours of online promotion by posting on facebook walls. We really need to up the scale.

Perhaps something could be broadcast on RonPaulRadio and the Ron Paul Flix show?

We also need to try and find a way in getting in touch with the illusive individual behind RonPaul.com and the RonPaul2008dotcom YouTube channel. Getting him/her on board to promote this on twitter, facebook, RonPaul.com and YouTube will be vital.
 
I posted this in the other thread, I'll repost it here for visibility. I feel that the success of the money bomb is dependent on it:

It is crucial that a chipin is set up to buy advertising on LewRockwell.com, FreeTalkLive and perhaps also Infowars. We also need to utilise Facebook ad and Google adwords. For every $1 spent on advertising by the grassroots, we will bring in so much more in donations to the moneybomb.

We need RonPaulForms, DailyPaul, RonPaulFlix, RonPaulCountry, RonPaul.com et al. to put up banners and send out emails about how to promote this moneybomb.

We need to get all the people with a large libertarian following onside. Tom Woods (Popular blog), Peter Schiff (Schiff Radio), Lew Rockwell (Podcast), Adam Kokesh (Podcast and YT channel), Free Talk Live (Radio show), RonPaulRadio, and all the podcasts listed here. This means a dedicated group of volunteers who make this happen. We need to reach the entire liberty audience, and beyond. We have to get this moneybomb everywhere for it to be a success. Posting about it on the "Ron Paul" and "Ron Paul 2012" facebook pages will not be enough.

Perhaps it would be useful to team up with RevPac in promoting this moneybomb (is that allowed?).

You should advertise the chipin as exactly that.

It would be best to get a quote from Free Talk Live, LewRockwell.com and so on on how much ads would cost. Then set up a campaign on the point (like Murphy did with KrugmanDebate.com) where people contribute towards the goal and are only charged when that goal is achieved.

That way you are going to get so much more pledges. I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to buy advertising this time. We need to get this out to the wider libertarian audience and Ron Paul support, not just the saturated group of core activists.

You're probably using adblock plus on firefox or chrome? It hides all images at those dimensions.
