They probably look at other videos from the user. If they look at Alexa's, they will see she's a Ron Paul supporter. I'm sure that's why the numbers aren't correct. There's probably some monitoring system set in place.

It's the only political-related video I have on my youtube...the rest of mine are random little music vids. Right now my question is ranked #6 out of 186 with 86 thumbs up...keep up the good work guys!

If you just leave your mouse over the thumbs ups, or thumbs down, it will show up saying something like "12 votes" or whatever it reads..looks like mine is stuck on 12 again......lol

Who knows. I'm at 12 Thumbs Up's and 5 Thumb's Downs....so that could be a possibility.

It could be...back when I made my video I posted it on here and told many friends to vote it up...the likes/dislikes were pretty small until it hit page 1, and then once it hit page 1 it skyrocketed (from all the spectators who see the first page)...if there are 50 people posting in here that they voted for Alexa's then it obviously isn't counting them all, and having an account could be why.

I don't know how your video could have 229 likes on Youtube and 13 votes on the Fox channel. Everyone of your Likes would have to come from a signed-in member, and if they clicked the video, they would click the link and vote on Fox too.. this doesn't add up.
