Implantable RFID "spin" in UK

Went to get a new checking account yesterday and the gal who was helping us apply made mention as to how soon we will be totally cashless, like this was a great thing. I just smiled and shook my head like looks that way...No one seems to see how this could be a bad idea. They should have the bank screw up their account like they did ours once, and have the response we got...ummm sucks to be you...SERIOUSLY!!! That was their customer service center that you call for assistance. So luckily my dh had a relationship with the local branch and they reversed charges that should not have been there, but had we not been able to with one computer error they can wipe out your funds.

Check 21 went into law not to long ago thus eliminating the need for check writing essentially since they process it electronically. How about the ability to freeze your assets if your late on a payment? be it your car payment, hospital bill, credit card, etc...

Even if it's not implanted and you carry it wherever you go it's just as good as being implanted since it transmits anyway. RFID's have different frequency strengths as well.
