Barr kinda sucked imho. Seemed like he didn't really have much content to add, more just waxing on about general fluff. The lady who went before him though Elizabeth Holtzman former congresswoman from New York kicked butt.

That prosser guy, law professor from northwestern is smoking crack. Don't know if you all noticed, but he started by changing the underlying presumption of what is required for impeachment then went from there to say there were none. [Impeachment only ok when violating the constitution for personal reasons] Last I checked nobody gives a crap if the president goes psycho for personal reasons or for non-personal reasons. It's a straw man made up standard, that's why he didn't see an impeachable violation.

Agree to disagree. They're not going to impeach with only 6 months left in his term. That's why they're finally having hearings.....because they know there's no danger they'll actually have to follow through on it at this point.

Very valid, but she did a great job recounting all the laws that bush broke. That seems to be the strongest reason for an impeachment. Everybody can understand that no man is above the law.
