Im voting for Obama. Guess why?

To each his own. There's no real good answer for this election and our vote is hopelessly divided anyway. As for me, I can't stomach the thought of voting against my principals. The lesser of two evils, is still evil...

The folks in here who are voting for Obama are probably in college livin at mama and daddy's house. Obama became the trend for the youth after Ron Paul didn't do so well in the primaries. My hope is these college kids who tout OBAMAAA...will get drunk before election day and be too hung over to go to the polls. That's pretty typical. Now, I would say there are plenty of closet Obama supporters right here on this forum...but they don't DARE actually admit it for fear of blowback..lol it just ain't cooollll mann. Tones , on the other hand, has supported McCain/Palin at the risk of being ostracised because I'm honest and I gave it a lot of thought. If Ron Paul had really wanted me to vote 3rd party...he would have run on the Independent ticket. Obama is a communist...if you want to lose what little bit of freedom we have left..vote Obama or 3rd party..so it waters down the GOP. You must understand, the grassroots GOP is where our movement will spring from...those who still honor the Founders, Liberty and the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The communist left wants to get RID of the Constitution and have the governmetn control everything. I don't understand why you don't get this concept. tones

The problem is that much of the grassroots GOP drinks the kool=aid when one of their own is in office. They willingly accept things that a Republican does, that they would raise holy hell about if a Democrat tried it. They praise allegiance to the likes of Commie O'Reilly and Nazi Hannity and after awhile start believing their BS is conservatism.

Ron was right. The Republican Party has lost their way.

That said, I agree that McCain would likely do far less harm than Obama. But, McCain winning would also likely make it much harder for us to get the GOP's attention.

Deep inside, I can't help but hope that McCain beat Obama, but I simply cannot vote for either of them.

If you can live with yourself despite your willing participation in the fleecing of America, then go for it. I could never vote for Obama. To willingly vote for someone you know would be bad for our country just because you think it might give us a better chance to win in a few years is just disgusting.

I just said in another thread... Itis stupid to shoot yourself in the foot... It could get infected and be fatal.

Oh, so you mean you're voting for McCain?

Obama/McCain, running under the "Destroy America" party?
