This is 100% correct

but.. to get past the Manager you need to look like him/her. If you are a customer sitting in to rate their food while you talk with their servers now that IS another matter all together.

If you need a flyer format, I have one made up that I would be happy to e-mail you privately. I printed it out on letter size construction paper, and was able to fit two to a sheet. I passed them out at the "Taste of Bethesda" event.

Actually if you call and speak to the manager in advance ask when then next "full general staff" meeting is being held. The manager will tell you and ask why. This will usually be EARLY in the morning but the entire staff will be there. Tell them you want to come by and talk to them for a few minutes about the TAX FREE TIPS ACT. They will most likely allow you...

If they don't and you have the time just catch the staff going if for the meeting in the parking lot.

It is a matter of attitude.

Some wear a suit so as to convey authority.

But one may also wear a suit as a sign of respect to the establishment being visited, to communicate the seriousness of the issue you represent.

Wearing a nice suit and being humble and to the point is a sensible way to go. Request the privilage of their time and present your ideas clearly and efficiently and most people will be happy to give you a hearing.
