I'm still a little confused and a delegate.

If anyone else is a delegate to the convention in Charleston, could you please explain some of the process that's going to happen? I'm going down, but I don't know very many specifics about if I need to be where, certain times, sign in, etc. I know the civic center. Beyond that, I'm a little confused. And the GOP website is unnavigable.

Registration starts at 7am, and the convention starts at 9am, so get their early and look for Ron Paul signs. We'll walk you thru the rest, be sure to bring the delegate packet they mailed you.

Essentially what will happen is each candidate gets 10 minutes to give a speech, then they will do the first round of voting, they'll call people up by county. If after the first vote, no candidate gets 50%+1 of the vote, the drop all but the top 3 and have another vote after lunch.
