There's a lot of localized abuse out there. Cities, counties, municpalities--whatever. They have 'power' and they abuse it, regularly.

People get notices that their their property isn't up to code, the city takes possesion, and the property goes up for rent.....there's a pool of "real estate agents" out there that are in cahouts with the city....and not all real estate agents are bad by any stretch of the imagination.....I know several who are stand up people...but you know what I mean....

It's a scam to take over rightfully owned property and it's happening every day all across the nation.

The No annexation group is all about this, but they are limited to annexation cases, not eminent domain.
