I'd love to know your thoughts on our film. I've been trying to get Ron Paul to interview too but I know he was busy at the time I asked, hopefully we'll get him before we finish filming. I'm new here so the forum won't let me post links yet but you can google "We The People Movie Trailer HD 1080p" to see the 2.5 minute movie trailer. Love to hear feedback from this group.

To Getting money out of politics

I like the idea. My question would be has this "donate" to make a movie idea worked in the past? Lets say you do get your $180k donated to make the film and it actaully "makes" money above and over what it cost you in time and talent. Do you then return the $180k to the people? My wife creates independant educational films. Its no where near what you're trying to do but I understand the time, talent and tresure that goes into making a watchable film. I've seen it done right and I've seen it done wrong.

I would like to add that it would be imposbile to get this film to the theaters before the election, so whats you're end goal? How do you market a film in the political offseason?

The way kickstarter works is that the 180k is raised by many backers who get rewards depending on how much they donate. Kickstarter does not allow you to give a percentage back to the investors. Its a great idea and many projects this size have been successfully backed on kickstarter. Its a huge issue on everyones mind so the market is there, its a matter of believing in us.

The goal was to get tout before the election but now we will make and and show it when it is ready. That is all we can do, but it will inspire a movement and hopefully a mountain of petitions and protests to put pressure on the problems.

Trailer was Excellent im curious, is the film predominately about Economics or will there be other issues like Agenda 21 be discussed?

Can you provide more insight about where you plan to land the film, ie what conclusions/recommendations you'll be presenting? I see from your other websites/promos that you're planning to be non-partisan. How do you plan to do that?

I have thoughts, but wanted to understand y'all's approach first.
