I hope the OP realizes that just because A. The campaign called him and asked him to be a delegate or B. He got a packet from the state to file a petition as a delegate does not mean he is a delegate yet! There have been no delegates elected in PA yet, unless they are super delegates.

Rumor (from someone in Alabama) they got a FULL slate of RP delegates INCLUDING alternates are RP people!

thats a good question I was awaiting an email of that information and never received it
