The annual deficit is what 8 , 10 , 12 Trillion?
Personal income Tax is only 1 Trillion in revenue and the fed has created a total $120 Trillion in total national debt without my permission!
not to mention that the entire revenues from incom tax don't even come close to paying the "INTEREST" much less the debt.

I am sorry , but nobody has the right to put me , my children and grandchildren in debt from birth.
Personal income tax is not an apportioned tax under the constitution*
also The IRS is a private corporation just like THE FEDERAL RESERVE !

While I agree, the courts do not. Just ask Irwin Schiff. If you dont pay your tax, they go to your employer and garnish your wages. Just TRY to convince your employers the income tax is illegal, and you dont wish to pay it, when the IRS is threatens to come after THEM if they dont give the IRS your money. I have been down this road, no matter how many facts you provide, you will never convince them there is no such thing as income tax.
