if the bailout passes... how do we get it repealed? ... or ammended?

what is the legal process and required vote percentage? anyone know?

I imagine that any taxpayer can file a lawsuit to do so, since the Fed/Treasury is taking the money from the taxpayer. As to how to challenge it, I suggest starting with the Constitution, Article I Section 7, where it says that "All bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives" - that, obviously, didn't happen - the Senate voted first!!!:confused::mad:

Supreme court could rule it unconstitutional (not going to happen). Bush could veto (not going to happen).
Realistically, were screwed.

edit KEEP CALLING THE HOUSE!

The bill is supposed to take effect 2 days ago actually. Even if we got a bill to repeal it introduced too much damage would be done before it could get to the floor (and it would never make it that far).

get out of the dollar as fast as you can...

If the bailout passes, we are fucked...

Once they print up the money and stick it in the market, there isnt anything you can do.

Its like saying, "Once I jump off a cliff, how do I get it repealed?"

Just don't take part in their fraudulant monetary system anymore. No more fiat dollars and no more taxes.

You don't have standing to sue. Nobody does, therefore the point is moot (though correct).
