Do you think if Ron had become President that he would have been able to get anything done? I think Ron would have had an even bigger fight on his hands than Trump does.

I am kinda glad that he did not have to go thru it. I think they would have taken him out if he had tried to end the FED and the IRS and we would all be in jail or 6ft under.

He wouldn't even make it to the inauguration as he would most likely be assassinated. If he were to live, I'd say he'd probably at least 20-30% of his agenda done. I wish it would be 100% but we gotta be realistic.

I'm pretty sure they would have impeached him on trumped up charges or killed him, since he was willing to take the risk I was willing to vote for him but it would have been a miracle if he survived and accomplished anything. (I also believe in miracles)

Ron didn't have the balls nor connections to pull this off. He would been given runarounds all the time at best.

Now if Ron has Trumps alpha male personality and ran his campaign the same way he did, it'd be a completely different story.

I agree 100 percent.

Theye would have destroyed him and his family.

Trump has billions of dollars at his command, private staff and security, a lifetime of being dragged through the mud, having slings and arrows hurled at him and a personality that seems to thrive on the drama.

His attack was quick and sudden - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blitzkrieg
He must also have double-crossed quite a few.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump looks at Ron and his movement and thinks to himself. "Wow this guy and his movement are a bunch of pussies. All this idiot had to do was run his campaign like I did and he'd be sitting in my seat right now. No wonder I don't want to associate myself with his liberty movement. It's filled with a bunch of people who don't know how to win."

Or he might look at us and say "they need a leader that can get some of their good ideas done" and work with Rand so he can take some credit for the good ideas.

No doubt. They would accuse him of colluding with Russia, using the same game plan they used against Trump. Probably would have been worse in that respect since I do not believe Ron would have played ball with the Neocons on foreign policy as much as Trump has. So they would say he is in league or a puppet of Assad and Russia.

Much of the attacks would be the same as they used against Trump but instead of strippers and women, we would be hearing about the so called racist newsletters and painting Ron as a some sort of secret KKK member.

This is what happens when you are trying to explain yourself instead of laughing to their faces.

I think Trump will be taken out.

I kind of doubt he would have been able to get much of anything done, but he would have been a great president because of the things he wouldn't do. Of course he would be vilified for it, if you look at what "great" presidents have in common - like Lincoln and FDR - it's that they were able to get a lot of people killed. For some reason, "greatness" is somehow linked with getting a lot of Americans (and foreigners) killed.
