I've read around the threads and have seen the general idea that Clinton is the establishment pick. If so, then Obama will most likely be quitting the race soon.

In the event that he does, who do you think his followers will vote for?
I'm not sure myself.

My personal feeling is most will move in a herd over to Hillary. I don't think the democratic race will be settled soon so I don't expect either candidate to drop out soon. Are you thinking we'd pick up some of their supporters? I'd say more than 0% but way less than 1%. As much as the Iraq war is a turn off to these people I doubt there lips would let them form the phrase 'limited government'.

Maybe a few.. a lot of my Democrat friends will never vote for a Republican.
"They are Republicans, and they've screwed us over for 8 years. Another one will do the same thing."

The only thing that I can do is open their minds to Dr. Paul's stances and hope that they think about it.

Clinton or Obama, it makes very little difference unless Ron Paul wins the Republican nomination. Clinton vs. Paul is a lot more advantageous for us that Obama vs. Paul, simply because many of Obama's current supporters will prefer Paul over Hillary.

Maybe here's the deal --Clinton Pres-- Obama VP -- with the agreement of Clinton that she will not run for a second term ummmmmmmmmmmm

After this weekend Obama is ahead. Hillaries count includes superdelegates who are alowed to change their mind later. Obama will most likely win. He isnt about to drop out.

Obama won't drop out. If he did, I suspect most of his supporters wouldn't vote in the remaining primaries. If Ron Paul wins the Republican nomination, or he were to run 3rd party/Independent (which he said he won't), he could probably pick up a lot of votes in the general election.

Lol, why would Obama drop out, when he's gonna be president? its comes down to ohio and texas, and obama wins either of those, he's got the nomination in his grasp.

Generalizing is so much fun isn't it?

What the hell is wrong with some of you?

Obama supporters are not Hillary supporters. I for one will not be voting for Hillary.

Ron Paul is #2 behind Obama in the youth vote... He would gain their support.

I am willing to place bets that Obama will win the white house. I have no doubt at the rate his rise is going.

For what it's worth, Obama's current price at Intrade is 71 vs. Hillary's 29.20. The smart money seems to be on Obama but I'm sure we haven't heard the last from Hillary yet.
