If huckabee drops we could get a lot of his supporters

Huckabee is most likely to win the nomination, in my opinion. He is the sterotypical republican. Conservative, pro-gun, pro-war, against gay rights, pro-life, and he is a babtist preacher for goodness sakes. He clearly, is ok with accepting large gifts in exchange for political favors. Plus he is well spoken and fairly presentable on tv. He is the son the Bush's always wanted.

I disagree, Romney is crushing Huck and will continue to.

He Ain't Dropping--why?

This story/fact on Huckabee is being missed:

Huckabee uses "America's Pastor" Rick Warren endorsement on his official campaign web page.

38 million baptists are in the US. This is what is spiking his Iowa numbers.

Rick Warren's "Purpose Driven" PD marketing/church growth bad philosophy has taken over the baptist (and much of mainstream church).

PD is highly controversial and objectionable to many christians (book, articles, web sites address PD subject). Just google.

WSJ last year did an article on Warren, and baptist churches, throwing out 'resisters.' 1,000's of christians are fleeing this false new-age PD gospel (or being thrown out for 'resisting').

Rick Warren recently made 'apologies' to the Islamic religion. Rick Warren is member of the CFR and meets with them regularly--as Huckabee admits CFR is his foreign policy advisor. Rick Warren created a serious flap when he visited Syria's government officials last year---claiming there is no religious persecution in Syria (huh?). Rick Warren is Rupert Murdoch's pastor. We know Murdoch owns Fox, and more. Murdoch publishes porn. Warren is a hob-nob globalist whose mission is to 'influence the influencers.'

A vote for Huckabee, elects Rick Warren by proxy. Throw in the CFR, Purpose Driven manipulation marketing, and Huckabee's record--spells disaster for the US.

I had the same problem with a Mccain supporter when I said that Mccain said we could be over there for 100 years. He didn't have a problem with that, he also didn't have a problem with the national ID card. He didn't listen to ANY of my arguments until I said...

"If you sacrifice freedom for security, you become less of both." I know I got the quote somewhat wrong but it worked and he then started listening to my arguments. 1.5 hours later he still wasn't convinced of RP (pride) but I definitely think he's gonna take a second look at voting for Mccain.

As for Huckabee, where else do his supporters go when he leaves?

The reason many republicans that are for McCain don't mind the "100 years" comment is its believed he means "if we have to"...IE,f if its in our interest of national security. Most don't actualy think that will be the case, but its more the notion that we're not going to put a time table down saying "If we don't get to X by Y point in time we're just going to give up and leave".

If you're taking the "100 years" as a literal thing then you're misunderstanding what the majority of people hearing it hear. Its not a literal thing, its hyperbole for the thought process of being there until its, in their mind/the presidents mind, safe for us to leave in a national security sense and not leaving based on some preset time table or "just because".
