I don't personally think so. My personal opinion is that some people equate certain races to specific cultural movements prominent within that racial community (stereotyping) and it's called racism. Underneath it all it's a dislike for the cultures involved but not "I don't like this guy because his skin is black/brown/white/yellow/etc".

Sorry, but it is not the federal government's place to restrict abortion OR protect it.
Ron Paul does dismantle the "rights" of any group.
But groups do not have rights to begin with, only individuals do.
If your state does not agree with you killing a dependent life, move somewhere that does.
I'm sure out of 50 of them you can find one with laws (or lack thereof) to your liking.

To be honest though Ron Paul is staunchly pro-life. It's really not just a states rights issue to him. He considers abortion to be murder. And I agree with him.

Again, no one is sacrificing rights. In fact they are re-gaining a lot them that have been eroded.
There is no such thing as a right to an abortion.
The very notion of a right to a good or service is preposterous and a primary reason we are all here.
The adamantly pro-abortion feminists just won't support a candidate that makes the killing more difficult.
Just like the extreme social cons won't support someone who won't enforce federal prohibition on abortion across the board.
Just like people dependent on government checks won't support a candidate that threatens to end them.
If someone on either of these sides does not see the benefit of being able to localize to their preferences, they are probably a lost cause, for the time being.
However, the way I see it, is that they just haven't tasted enough real federal tyranny to come around yet.
Eventually I believe most of them will come around when it gets bad enough.
