I didn't hear the whole thing but the excerpts that I heard seemed like he was spreading buzz words that would appeal to us. but his sing-songy delivery was what made it seem insincere to me. I can understand how at first glance you might have thought it was better than later reflection reveals it to be.

I don't need to hear anecdotes about Jindal's childhood. I need to hear him explain how he thinks our financial system got into its current predicament and how he plans to ensure it doesn't happen again.
