But for some reason, I actually thought the MSM could not ignore this. How wrong I was. It is amazing how corrupt this system is. It either goes unmentioned or into the quaint story and the idea that he will never win tacked on. But big news... a neo-con Dem with a more ghoulish face than ghouliani who was abandoned by his party has endorsed a big government Republican that has lost his mind. A huge story i guess since i have seen it about 30x as much as Ron Paul's shattering of fund raising records. The only good news is that these corrupt news people are running out of room to move the goalposts back.

???

NY Times, Reuters, AP, USA Today, MSNBC, Fox, CNN...the mainstream media is most definitely not ignoring this. Besides, the campaign hasn't even held a press conference yet.

They are reporting it, but not like they are reporting Lieberman/McCain, or Huckabee's "miraculous" poll surge.

This should be proof that the Paul campaign can beat Hillary, we've already beat her falsified record. Yet the reporting on it is lacking

I have seen it twice, and both times for less than a minute on television. Also, I looked over MSNBC.com --- can't find it. CNN is extremely descriptive--- Tea Party raises Ron Paul money. If I didn't know who Ron Paul was. I couldn't rush to that quickly enough. Had anyone out of the machine done anything like this, it would be the top story. For Ron Paul, its a cute story that belongs after beauty contestants not speaking Dutch and the very urgent and timely story of people reacting to Mike Huckabee.

Just about every major media outlet is covering it, so your assertion that they're ignoring it is patently false. Please use accurate language in the future.

OK, in comparison to no coverage, he is being shoved down the public's throat. In comparison to fair coverage, he is being ignored. Does that help? Please, anyone posting in this forum, make sure you are completely clear. Otherwise, you will confuse the simple among us.

Yes they are "covering" it but the coverage is relative. Compare the Tea Party coverage to Romney crying on Meet the Press or Lieberman's endorsement of McCain.

Do you understand the difference?

I agree. And this is definitely bigger news than anything Lieberman does. The funny thing is how they eat up time talking as if Lieberman has a huge "independent following" that will change things in NH. Well, whatever.

I seriously think that waving signs by the highway is hundreds of times more effective than waiting on the news media to cover anything that has to do with Paul. If we don't get the word out ourselves, it won't get out.

Give 'em a day

It took Old Media a full day to get good reports out about Nov 5th. They may be waiting for the campaign's press conference, they'll need time to gather solid info, and to produce segments. Give 'em a day before you give 'em hell. Wolf Blitzer won't let this slide by.

Btw, there is a Ron Paul grassroots effort to change the American lexicon. Stop calling them by their own self-proclaimed name "MSM" - START CALLING THEM THE OLD MEDIA - that's what they are after all.

Wait till the Cafferty File today.

I could even see Jack Cafferty comparing the Lieberman Endorsement vs. the Tea Party record $$. I have a feeling about this one. :)

Oh and:

The Ministry of Truth is what they are. But "Old Media" is easier to spread, yeah.
