First, you politically correct thought police a-holes ban me into oblivion for ... well doesn't matter. Second, I could care all that less about Rand because he has already clearly demonstrated he is not campaigning on end the fed and change foreign policy. I don't even want to discuss Rand actually but here is a concept you electoral voting junkies can do something with.

I might suggest some 3D letters for the word stand not facing directly forward but skewed to the right a little. I might even suggest making the N and D look like pom pom's for shits, grins, giggles, and to be catchy. Some different fonts, font sizing, font colors, or effects might work better but I am not doing that much work. I am just sharing a concept and one of the graphic designers around here (and there are a couple good ones here if they are still active) can polish a concept like this up into something spectacular.

Im with you to a degree but like Ron if Rand tried running on some of this stuff we all want like ending the fed he would have even less of a chance then he might have now.

Rand is for a much quieter foreign policy, but he is not openly campaigning on shutting down all foreign bases.
Rand is pushing to Audit the Fed, the logical result of which is to manufacture reasons to shut it down.

John McCain calls him 'the worst possible candidate'. That is a pretty solid endorsement if you ask me.

That is something for a graphic designer to work out. I agree with your point and made the T and A slightly larger above as well. In addition, with some fonts the top of the T extends farther to even further the effect. Some A's are more symmetrical with little curly ends and something like that might even work well. Perhaps with the right T the N and D could go on the bottom as feet. Who knows there are many possibilities to polish it up.

bitterness with Rand

I stated in the OP I have zero interest discussing Rand. Since both of you have been around a while you should have a clue about the forum history and its posters ... especially you Dr. 3D but then again you also weren't the one who made the bitter remark.

Medina didn't have a problem utilizing some graphics I made in a campaign. KCIndy uses a graphic I made for avatar. I threw AF a graphic he wanted done once. Hell, I see some of my graphic concepts all over the web even if they have been improved on by others, etc. This is what makes Ron Paul's supporters awesome. They do shit for free to help. The point of this thread is about a graphic concept, not Rand Paul. Rand just happens to be the object of the graphic. If the graphic idea sucks, it sucks. It won't be the first suck ass idea I have ever had, nor the last. On the other hand if it has merit, it has merit.

I can assure you, it's not like I woke up today and was thinking gee, what can I do to help Rand. I do not think that any day of the week. This stupid graphic concept just happened to pop in my head while taking a shower today so I decided to share it. I have no idea what caused some stupid abstract graphic idea for a Rand Paul graphic to just pop in my head while taking a shower of all things. It just flipping happened so I acted on it.

Yes, it is about making the word Stand look like a person standing. I stated I am not putting a lot of effort into this, just sharing a concept. Upon first glance it appears there are a couple ways to go about it. One is to get a letter T in a font where the top of the T extends out as arms. In that version the N and D can go at the bottom as feet angled off the A. Another version to do it (the way represented above) is to make the T just a body and the A as legs putting the N and D as arms above the S head (hence the pom pom and curly A font suggestion).

In addition, I posted other thoughts on how to improve upon it in comments in this thread like, I think 3D lettering only for the word stand skewed slightly right would help create and/or enhance the effect.

There are tons of ways to do it. Add additional imagery. For instance:
