And minarchy/constitutionalism isn't pie-in-the-sky stuff? To this day noone has met my challenge to create a coherent legal theory to support Constitutionalism. (I started a thread several months ago) I haven't even noticed any attempts to do so. Until that day that someone creates a reasonable system of thought and coherent legal theory, Constitutionalism will remain the utopian unrealized ideal it's always been.

"Demonstratively" doesn't flow as eloquently. JMHO from a bunch of experience writing poetry and prose. Other editors will probably disagree with me. Some say all adverbs ending in -ly should be eliminated.
