I don't know. The so called main stream call Ron Paul fringe but if he has a significant following in the primaries I think people might start to look at the media as the ones who are the fringe.

Tonight we saw a mix of CNN and the internet with YouTube. If the media continues to ignore reality they could be replaced as a news source by the internet.

I'm thinking Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, others of Ron Paul's ilk...

Imagine how UNPOPULAR those canidates would have been in todays MSM. Unfortunately, we are in a time where the masses watch the MSM for their information.

I agree with everyone that believes there is no basis to believe Ron Paul will ever get a fair shake in the MSM. I know someone that works at the CNN newsdesk and she once stated that CNN is a mouthpiece for the administration. And that those that think it can't be 'just don't get it'. When pressed to repeat this on another occasion, she balked. Go figure.

But the one thing the MSM cannot overlook is a good showing in Iowa. So I'd humbly submit our energies should be channeled there.

It's like that all over the country. They can't admit it...all they can do is bash RP and hope average people don't look him up for themselves.

I live in North east Florida and I can say I mostly see Ron Paul signs, though, there aren't really that many in general so that is probably not a good gauge.

I have been placing literature and handing out bumper stickers as I can.

Ron Paul will simply be ignored. It is TOTALLY up to us to make this happen.

We are SO foolish to think we are going to get promoted in the media the way we need to be. Lets stop looking for media attention and get it on our own. The media is just an arm of this machine that advertises different brands of the same product and Ron Paul isn't their product.

The fight started a long time ago, probably even before 1913 and it seriously needs to intensify NOW!

I am disgusted at how obvious the attempt is to make him look foolish.

I traveled from Michigan to South Carolina during Thanksgiving. I saw a few presidential signs and they were all for Ron Paul. IMO when it comes to our efforts at promotion we are already ahead but because of media disinterest we should still continue our efforts to the point where there is no doubt that Ron Paul has the strongest grassroots support.
