Snow is coming down hard and the roads are really bad. My wife and I were the only voters at the polling place. Poll workers said it had been completely dead all morning. Heading back over there in a little bit to hold my Ron Paul banner. Any other Arizona voters want to give a report from their polling place? Curious if turnout is light everywhere.

Mail in? sounds like a vote that will get tossed and not counted. So much fraud this year you can only think they are watching the mail in votes.

Dorfsmith! this is Franco, from NAU....voted by mail a while ago, and was handing out literature on campus yesterday to remind students....we will win Yavapai County!!!

Hey Franco! Great work. If every Ron Paul supporter I know in Flagstaff shows up we could do really well here. We've been texting and emailing everybody we know reminding them to vote.

Free 4 Wheeler and snowmobile ride to the polls. Come on get on it! LOL.

LOL. I did send a message out offering a ride to the polls to any Ron Paul supporter who needs one.

Yeah. With people saying the mail ins may not be counted unless the top of the election is close, I'm thinking of using a provisional ballot in CA rather than my mail in -- they are absolutely anal about tracking the provisional ballots, I used one once before. They actually tear off a stub with a number so you can go to the web page the next day and double check that your ballot number was counted...

I know I sound like a dissident, but I have faith in AZ GOP, I met alot of them at the debate last weds and I trust they will keep it honest.

I know that the bulk of them are "honest", but the majority of the leadership is probably not... I don't expect little old lady workers to commit vote fraud at the voting stations. It will be mostly be the shot callers that will do sneaky things =P

In Kaly can you request a provisional ballot at the polls on election day ? or you you have to request one from the register of voters before the election ?

My mom voted in the snow this morning for Ron Paul (eastern Arizona). Haven't heard yet what the turnout was like. Things have cleared out here now though with the roads looking good. I voted with an early ballot. (They better count it!)

Just got back.

Can't really speak for overall turnout. The whole thing only took about 5 minutes. There was one man* in front of me. Besides him, myself and the staff the room was completely empty. Now keep in mind, it's late in the day and I'm on the outskirts of the main city. But still, it's quite sad that I was the only person actually there and able to vote. A lot of it probably has to do with the absentee voting, as well.

*The poor guy couldn't even vote. When they found out he was registered independent they turned him away. He was trying his best to smile but he looked so sad. I guess if you want to vote you really need to be prepared for these things.

Three more votes for Ron in Flagstaff. They said the turnout was good, but it sure wasn't busy when we were there. There were tons of Santorum and Newt signs outside our polling place. ;P
