I have an interview with Jim Rogers. Contribute to my question list.

I can answer that, with the growth in the middle class in asian nation there will be a growing a demand rice and sugar like there will be for any commodity and natural resource

So the price on any food item is to be bullish, but these are some of the popular food items so they have the most room to go up, plus I'm sure there is supply issues which rogers can explain.

PM me about your business, I am curious about the details of making such a move one day.

I'm bulling on the phillipines cause of...

1. Everyone mostly speaks english, and speaks it very well compared many of the neiboring countries, theres a reason it's such a huge destination for english customer service jobs and it seems it'd be the easiest country for an American to transplant too, which would increase the governments tax base and also mean more demand for the local businesses

2. When I was there everybody has a side business, ambition, and a great work ethic. The strong catholic values over there I think do lot a lot for the value of the nation.

3. Location, it has very easy access to many of the fastest growing markets in the region, so once again a great access point to Americans looking to access emerging asia.

The Philippines is definitely a good place for investment, for sure. I haven't studied it in as much detail as you, I'm sure, but I'm on the verge of beginning to outsource most of the tech work for my business to the philipines, due to the impressive return you can get on your investment. I have associates who are hiring high quality web designers and graphic artists from the philipines for no more than $100 for a 40 hour work week, and the working relationship is great. Both parties are very happy with the arrangement.

I havn't really studied it, I spent a month there, and since have had to train a whole fleet of people there for the series 24 and series 7 plus even the filipino immigrants I meet here just have completley different ethic than I see from most places but they arn't uptight, so they work hard and play hard which means good production and consumption which you can see by the huge giant SM malls every few blocks...

Those malls dwarf the ones you see here in the US, and the clothing is much cooler too.
