I live in OK. I wasn't smoking the pot on campus. It was just in my room and somebody said they smelled weed. Of course my luck this was my first ever purchase.

I got arrested for having mj on a school campus which (according to the officer) is a felony. I got offered a md is I help bust the person who sold to me. I'm only a freshman and have a bright future. I can't afford a felony and it would screw up all of my plans.

What should I do?

be advised that the cost of a public defendant will be assessed to you in the event of a plea bargain or fine issuance. They also charge you for court costs, even if you do plea out. Fight it. Plead not guilty, ask for a trial by jury. It's your right, they have to either grant it or drop the charges. The court's got too much too worry about to find you a jury and trial date. Chances are they'll drop. Or maybe your bright future will begin behind bars. Dumb-dumb-da-dumb!!

I prefer the dryer sheet through tp and paper towel tubes. put one on the outside and wrap it on with a rubber band. Put like 3-4 in the tube and your good to go.

Talk to a good lawyer (but not just one, make sure you find one you're comfortable with).

Even if it were a felony, and you got a public defender, it would still be plea bargained down to a misdemeanor. Better outcome if you get a lawyer better than a public defender.

Not a felony, and having a good lawyer = a sentence you didn't deserve, but can easily cope with.
