I am working on a delaration of secession petition for North Carolina

I am working on a document that will enforce a declaration of secession from the union from North Carolina. I am working on sending this petition to all North carolina citizens and if approve of this then the state oIf North Carolina will not have to obey any illegal federal laws since the Bush Admin and the Obama Admin.

I want to know if any of you can make the articles of the declaration sound better.

I couldn't stop the Obamabots when I brought out evidence of how bad this healthcare bill be so I decided to resort to either threats of secession or we simply get away from Obama.

I won't let the Obama cult get to me, he won't kill me so I am deciding to send a petition to all North Carolina citizens and if the majority of NC citizens approves then the declaration will be made and sent to the white house and Obama must comply with the articles of this state agreement and that failure to do so will result in civil or revolutionary war against the federal government.


This is what I typed up so far, I really need to be clear on what the state should do because this will become a permanent declaration if approved by the majority of North Carolina people.

This is a decleration legal request under the 10th amendment and the majority of people within North Carolina.

This Decleration of Secession for North Carolina concludes that all articles within this document must be followed by The federal Government, the Obama Administration, Any groups that directly follow the Obama Administration including CIA, FBI, ACORN, and other groups that follow and force rules from The Obama Administration, and all what I have mentioned above must,,,

Article I

The federal government must not meadle in states affairs, including medicade, medicare, Social Security, or any government programs within North Carolinas borders. If Obama passes this healthcare bill, hate speech bill, or any bill for that matter it will be not legally be enforced and will not be legally feasable within the borders of North Carolina. Also North Carlina citizens will still have and maintain the right to move or go to other states, also citizens from other states will still be allowed to move to North Carolina without problems, if the federal government hurts/attacks/threatens/scares any North Carolina citizens in America or those that wish to move to North Carolina then the Federal Government is in violation of Article I

Article II

All laws, federal acts, federal codes, federal appointees, and federal supreme courts that have been appointed and instated since the Bush Administration and also throughout the Obama Administration will be null and invalid within the borders of North Carolina. Also future laws, codes, and acts will also be invalid within the state of North Carolina. Any laws before 2000 will still be enforced unless the majority of people within the state of North Carolina believe any different. The majority of citizens of North carolina will also have the power to control the fate of this declerationa and also retain the right to alter or abolish this decleration at any time a session of statewide voting has occured.

Article III

The laws of North Carolina thus known as the state laws will still be enforced and all military that works within North carolina shall work for the North Carolinas state Government instead of the federal government. This will ensure that the Federal Government won't try anything deceptive such as sending troops into the statewide border and torturing, assassinating anybody supporting and enforcing this decleration. Any federal Government sponsored attacks, deceptive attacks, and violating the state of North Carolinas rights is in violation of this article.

Article IV

The state of North carolina will still retain rights and freedom of trading with other states and countries as it wishes, and also the right of tourism and visits from other state citizens. The states borders will also remain open and not under military control, and that no cars should be searched from outside the borders of the state unless both the Constitution says that the person or persons involved should be searched legally. Also nobody from North Carolina should be touched or messed with in other states unless they legally under Constitution have broken a law and thus constitutionally has to be put on trail, or arrested. The Constitution shall still be enforced, this declaration does not change this fact.

Article V

The government shall still give state funding to North Carolina so that there is no fear of the secession being ruined by cutting all help and ties to North Carolina. The Federal Government cannot do anything the majority of North Carolina Citizens won't approve of, any article within this declaration can thus be changed in a way to what the majority of North Carolina citizens approve of. The majority of states people have retained this right for the states people to decide the fate of the state and the Federal Government cannot change this fact under this union.


Article VI

Violation of any articles within this declaration is violating the declaration and will engage in a legal right to militias, armies, and right to a civil declaration of war and citizens of North Carolina shall fight for the states under this military article, that if the federal government wishes to start up a war against the state then all military within the state of North Carolina should start up attacks and can legally engage in warfare against the federal government for failing to comply with this legal declaration.

Article VII

All federal Government groups, and groups under the control of Obama will be illegal under the state of North Carolina and shall be detained for violation of this declaration and shall be released under when the majority of people of North Carolina approves of this request. Tourists and travelers have nothing to worry about, this declaration is talking about attack groups and mafia style groups such as ACORN, Obama Worship groups, and other type groups will not be welcomed under the state of North Carolina unless the majority of North carolina citizens say different.

I really don't want to hear whether this is considered right or wrong. I just need somebody to turn everything I put into pure legalise and then I will start up the Petition and each signature supports this declaration and only North Carolina citizens can participate in the petition. I will ask North carolina citizens to start giving out the petitions along with the declaration papers and once gathered a majority of NC Citizens signatures then it will be sent by hand to the white house and another copy will be send to the North Carolina Governor giving them control over their own states and the people of NC will also control the actions of their state government, they can still vote and all but will give NC more freedom against the Obama Admin and the remnants of the Bush Admin.

Please I need help to create this legal document and have everything sound right and all language to be pure legal terms and no loopholes that Obama can use against us in NC.

I know thats why I need a lawyer to convert it all to legalese so that it will be considered valid and won't cause a mess in legal problems. I have to make sure the declaration is put together right and then I will start the petition after the lawyer processing this right then I will start up the petition. I will have to collect signatures because online ptetitions are unreliable and won't be accepted because anyone can fake a geographic location via proxies and Tor and so I need to make this right before I start printing these documents and have websites where people can print these documents and also we need somebody to collect all the legally signed petition documents and send it to the state legislator which is a Raleigh N.C and then get this validated through the Legislator, Governor, and sent a copy of these legally signed documents of this petition for the declaration to the white house which will declare that Obama not harass the states and by doing so would violate the petition and the declaration of NC state rights.

You said you would send this to all North Carolinians. How would you do that? There are about 10 million people in the state of NC.

I like your idea and your passion, but I am not sure that the people in general of North Carolina are ready for that yet. North Carolina is extremely diverse, politically, and what holds true in one area does not in others.

Also, the logistical cost of your plan could approach $7 Million, worst case. Have you considered that?How will the project be funded? And that's just for the initial collection of completed petitions.

There is, however, another model.

Perhaps you have heard of the 10th Amendment based Montana Firearms Freedom Act? We are also pushing for a NC Firearms Freedom Act. Our NCFFA Facebook group is up to 382 members, while the Volunteers NING has collected 19, from 10 counties. And we only started 3 weeks ago.

Once we get one volunteer per county to pass a petition to support a North Carolina Firearms Freedom Act, each one will canvass their county for 5000 signatures, and present this 5000 citizen signature petition to their county commissioners, along with a resolution to support a NC FFA. Collect Commissioners resolutions and Citizen signatures, have a friendly legislator introduce the FFA bill, and start slamming legislators with the collected names of their own constituents.

For legislators that resist, volunteers collect into those counties and go from 5000 to 10,000 signatures, to 20 or 50,000. It's all about canvassing until you get your number, and canvass manpower. Apply precision public pressure while encouraging a general "call n complain" campaign; and then when it comes to Perdue for a signature, back a half-semi box truck up and deliver all the petitions to the Governors Mansion in one lump.

That should get us a NC FFA passed.

The NC Energy Freedom and Market Independence Act will be a lot easier to sell, I think.
The NC Health Care Freedom Act should be a gimme.

We are already working on 10th Amendment in the State House (H849); and are well ahead of schedule on the 9th Amendment resolution too.

You see, I believe that with a series of five acts, we can not only restore the Constitutional position of North Carolina citizens in the State and Federal Republics, but further that we can be the rudder which turns the big ship and restores the entire United States of America.

Passing the five Freedom Acts will not only revolutionize the way people and their government interact, but it will lead to the very economic innovation, entrepreneurship, production economies, and general public growth of wealth we need to lead the nation out of the recession.

As the other states work to model our economic success, they will also be inadvertently modeling our constitutional and political success, creating a widespread movement that can be capitalized upon in the US House and Senate in the future to create Federal reform.

and please don't take this wrong, I like you and what you are saying. But this is not as much a petition as it is a well structured rant. I mean,

With a petition you can have reams of material to support your cause, but "what your people are agreeing with" should really be a statement of something like one sentence.

What else could be done with your statement is perhaps describe the resolution of a body.

Resolutions though really, are meant to strike an accord, and while encouraging the principle of this OP here, I doubt that you will strike an accord across all of North Carolina for all of this script in detail.

And I would be especially wary of the idea of delivering lists of people who want North Carolina to secede to Beverly Perdue and Barack Obama.

i live in nc. are you saying that if enough citizens sign a petition to seceed from the union that it has to be passed? or are you saying that if there are enough signatures our representatives will have to vote to pass it? big difference. please clarify. tks.

I suggest each clause begin with "Whereas", and/or follow the general format of legislation done by your State legislature (bill can be found online in most states). Make the language as benign-sounding and "conservative" as possible, so as not to scare people off.
