If this can be legally confirmed by having the town clerk sign an affidavit then I agree. It has to be done on a legal basis or it will get huge negative publicity.

Unless someone demands a recount, this "gosh, it was a human error" story is going to be the only thing you'll get out of this even if you find ten more cases in ten more counties.

Votes are either counted or they aren't and I think everyone has a sense that yesterdays results stink to high heaven. I don't believe Hillary won legitimately and I damn sure don't beleive the cross dressing mass murderer from Manhattan beat RP.

First, by now they have probably already destroyed the evidence that Ron Paul won.

Second, if they lied about 0 votes, then they are lying about 31 votes to make it statistically match the average state's results.

There is precedent for this.

It would take notarized statements from voters...you'd of course need a real good legal team...

A legal challenge probably could be funded if enough proof exists.

Keep in mind that election results, once officially announced, are very difficult to overturn; courts don't like to interfere with state officials.
