Not a huff po reader, but I noticed they had a huge article on the top of their home page now.

In my blog (in signature), the newst post has a video of CNN's Rick Sanchez and Ali Velesh discussing this very matter. The video is well done and is shockingly from CNN.

I feel we are beginning to see the end of "Obama as Messiah" by the Left, but the comments board doesn't exactly inspire me to feel this very strongly.

They do seem to. And they seem to be nearly as high on free speech as we are, amazingly enough. Which is interesting. Because they aren't technically a news outlet, yet they seem to care more about journalistic integrity and free speech than any of the news outlets do. Wonderful state of affairs, isn't it?

Believe me, a truly principled liberal is painfully aware of how lobbyists and graft can spoil their dream world. After all, when has it ever through history not worked out that way for them?

LOL! Well, at work, I pretty much toggle from all of the "mainstream" sites (cnn, fox, msnbc, drudge, politico, huff po, and daily beast) to see how they each put their different spin on this. As far as I can tell, CNN reported this once (through Rick Sanchez) and I haven't seen anything since. Drudge isn't covering this. MSnBC obviously isn't either. Neither is Politico. Yet Huff Po does ?

I've read that Huff Po has tended to eventually oppose whoever the current president and party in power is.

I'm a sucker for the comments after major stories like this. They make me ill but there is some hope sprinkled here and there.

And they're still too stupid to see why this is one of the biggest reasons in the world to avoid federal health care?

They claim to *hate* the Halliburton-type corporations that feed off government programs, and yet they continue to pave the way for them to succeed.

I have Huffpo blocked. I will wait until the story breaks in other venues.

Of course the government should take over BIG PHARMA. Its big, and the government runs BIG things more efficiently than anyone else, and it would take the e_vil profit motive out of medicines so they could be free, like all medical care should be.
