You'r kidding right?

6. Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR): Governor Huckabee enjoyed a meteoric rise in the polls in December 2007, which prompted a more thorough review of his ethics record. According to The Associated Press: “[Huckabee’s] career has also been colored by 14 ethics complaints and a volley of questions about his integrity, ranging from his management of campaign cash to his use of a nonprofit organization to subsidize his income to his destruction of state computer files on his way out of the governor’s office.” And what was Governor Huckabee’s response to these ethics allegations? Rather than cooperating with investigators, Huckabee sued the state ethics commission twice and attempted to shut the ethics process down.

I could dig this ticket. Vice President isn't THAT bad. Who knows, maybe Huckabee will pass away one day. Right now we're in it to win it, but who would've thought one year ago we would still be in the race!

I think it's silly that you guys complain Huckabee is stealing Paul's ideas. Sure, I think Huckabee should give Paul some credit, but we WANT people to adopt his ideas. Just say Ron Paul doesn't make it to the white house. Would you rather have the President "steal" some of his ideas or just do what they have been doing? Yeah, thats what I thought.

Yeah if Huck is REALLY adopting his ideas because he agrees with them and not to pass himself off as someone else in hopes of gaining more supporters only to put on another face when president and do the opposite!

Huckabee would basically have to turn himself inside out to be compatible with Ron Paul.

I think it would be pretty much impossible to resolve the foreign policy differences.

Ya this would come down to Paul and Hucks campaign analyzing the other candidate and then a talk betweeen the two.

This has nothing to do with us now.

I'm definitely no supporter of the huckster.... but I can see how a social conservative + a fiscal conservative = real conservative in some people's eyes enough to vote for that ticket over hillary/obama and maybe even possibly win in november.

however the bottom line is huck has no money and will never win the nomination.

No one in their right mind would take RP as a Veep, they would be painting a target on their forehead. Now RP for Secretary of State, he might actually get more accomplished than as President.

I think this is the most accurate post in this thread. NO ONE will take Paul as VP simply because they know that we have the most dedicated, zealous, and in a few cases, crazy, supporters. Someone would take a shot at Huck just to put Paul in the Oval Office. Pure death wish.

Bingo. I wouldn't want RP as my VP. Most of us supporters are sane, peaceful individuals. A very small minority are a bit nuts and have weapons training.

If they want to work with us the first thing they need to do is get Huck to own up to the delagates he promised.

If he keeps the denial up and goes back on the deal i'm ready for an all out war on his credibility.
