Did you try calling their DC offices? Those are usually always open other than holidays.
Wonder if Rubio will show up, and wonder when Cruz is going to be out on the campaign trail selling it as his idea?I wonder if McCain will vote for it since he is in a tough primary?

Regardless, Feinstein and Boxer will both vote no. They have been on the wrong side of every vote in their 46 years in the senate.
