How will your Senators vote on Rand's bill to Audit The Fed?

...I'll call [Monday [12/21, to] see if I can find out how [Wyden] and Merkley (OR Democratic junior Senator) plan to vote.

Both D Senators from OR have offices closed for Holiday break. Left messages. Will try again after they return (next week?).

Jeff Flake is harder to get in contact with than an ET. The little amount of fucks he gives about his constituent's opinions is comical at this point.

ETA: I did get through to his Arizona office. His staff was unaware of what the bill was and then unaware of what his position is on auditing the Fed.

Contacted my Sen. Stabenow. Still waiting for a response. Here is to hoping, but highly doubtful for her response.

I'll go first....

In Tennessee, our two Senators, "Bailout Bob" and "Liberal Lamar" have already made public statements that they do not support an audit of the Fed.

...i'll go last...my two senators--just like yours--are worse than ignorant of the origin and nature, etc. of even one 'dollar'...any stinking ideas they have about some [phony] Zillion dollar 'audit' are worse than merely worthless...word..

...and as jippy has shown this particular bill appears as more feel-good, feeble fluff...another $now-job...

I'm guessing the OP isn't updating the list anymore? He seems to have abandoned it after the first day.

Regardless, Feinstein and Boxer will both vote no. They have been on the wrong side of every vote in their 46 years in the senate.

As I show in the list here, Boxer cosponsored Bernie Sanders' bill to fully audit the Fed in 2009.

Here's the 2009 bill, S. 604, which does the exact same thing as Rand's bill:

Obviously it doesn't mean she will vote for Rand's bill but it is information you can use when you contact her office.

Admin is free to edit it, although I don't think much has changed in the last few days.

Once we get over the holidays and the Senate is back in session I think we'll get some more information come in.

Can we please add a column to the table with the phone numbers of each Senator? We need to establish a calling army.

Rubio(R) and Nelson(D) Floridas' Steaming Pile.

Nelson would be a yea if pigs could fly.
So we can put him down as an absolute NAY.

Rubio, though a co-sponsor of the bill; will probably not show up.
I am prepared for a NOT VOTING result from him; otherwise a potential YEA.

When we audit the FED, what we find will surely end it.

Donnelly (D-IN): No position, left my recommendation
Coats (R-IN): No answer, off the holidays (Maybe he's hanging with Rubio)

Bill Nelson (D-FL) hasn't decided yet according to his office, and funny thing... I called Rubio yesterday and no one answered. I guess his office works about as much as he does LOLz
