Am I just completely confused or what? I thought the last debate Rand didn't attend was the final debate that the RNC smashed into the schedule before Iowa. Did I just make that up in my head or what?

I have noticed an uptick in speech tempo. This signals an earnestness and excitement and knowledge of what he's talking about. It makes him more likeable than the drawling politician dialect that all the others employ.(Except for Christie. That unlikeable slob has been referred to as "folksy" and "likeable" based on his speech pattern.)
