Can anyone explain on how to re-register your party affiliation?

I'm a member of the Constitution party and will re-register under the Republican party, which I used to belong to lol...
I know its kind of a lame way to go about it, but its easy and it works. MySpace has setup a centralized registration site at http://www.myspace.com/declareyourself
Just follow the prompts and send in your form.
I'm a Libertarian and will be re-registering as Republican.
There is currently a battle in the Libertarian Party between the purists (any deviation from Rothbardian anarcho-capitalism means you're evil statist scum) and the reformers (hey, let's try to get someone elected). I am on the reformer side. But yesterday I ran across a couple of libertarian purists who think Ron Paul is a hypocritical statist because he isn't ideologically anarcho-capitalist pure. ....
What the hell are they waiting for? Let's try to put the cancer in remission first with the constitution, then worry about getting rid of the state. Let me guess, I'm sure you told them that, and it made no difference. Can anyone explain on how to re-register your party affiliation?
I generally lean more left than right myself, but the overall cast of Democratic candidates is somewhat more equal, when you compare the differences amongst those candidates with the differences between Ron Paul and the rest of the Republican candidates. Because of this, I'm going to vote in the primary for Ron Paul without a doubt. If he doesn't make it, then I'll simply look at who the Democrats decided to nominate; there's no one particular Democrat that I think needs my help the way Ron Paul does. (Though at that point I'd probably vote third party.)I am also in Florida. I am 17 and have my birthday at the end of the year. I still don't know what party I will register with. Of course if I register Republican it will be for Ron Paul. But there are several Democrates that I like. I will need to decide in December if I will vote for Ron Paul or a Democrate. My birthday is 12/27 and the primary is 1/29/08. It is very existing know that your state will be one of the first to vote.
I think parties should be abolished, so I suppose that means that I'm also opposed to closed partisan primaries.Am I alone in believing that Closed Partisan Primaries should be abolished?!
I'm gonna have to register with the Republican Party here in North Carolina. I've been Unaffiliated ever since I became old enough to vote five years ago (a matter of pride with me, as I don't like to feel like I'm "owned" by a party). But I'll definitely defect for Ron's sake and for the future of the Republic!
