How many people voted in the 2004 primary?

I voted....I voted for Bush! YAEH.....Hey Wait somebody slap me........Oooo...I kind of liked that.

I doubt very many at all in the GOP since GW was the incumbent GOP candidate.

I voted rep in 2004.
Voted for McCain then Bush in 2000.
I've never been polled.

It was about 6%, (mostly) only strong Bush supporters voted on the GOP side. I was one of those Bush voters (sorry I was neo-con'd, & won't let it happen again) This is one reason why I believe the polls are way off, because that is who they are calling (for the most part)

3 million people voted in 2004. The country has 300 million people in it. It is a very low percentage of people who actually vote.

Maybe we could start a request for people to donate $1 to a good cause. Then send them to ronpaul2007.com/donate We could make up a good website to promote for this. It would be easy to keep track of because it is right on the front page of the ronpaul2008 website showing how many people donated in the quarter. If we started this on January 1 we might get quite a few more people interested. Maybe make a site showing how sick our country is and that the operation that we need costs 1 million interested people and all we need each one to donate is $1. I am betting that we could get quite a few people to a site like that and most of the people who donated would donate more than that but even if they only donated a dollar at least we could count the people who support Ron Paul.

^^Thanks for the info... I like your idea as well.. I suffered from apathy.. what caught my interest was a video that I accidently saw on youtube in one of the first debates.. where Paul stated we need to reevaulate our forien policy and they don't just attack us because we’re rich and free. I’m generally not a politically savvy person and I was planning on voting for Hillary Clinton (in the general only bc she’s a democrat and her husband was bill) but that one LINE won me over..

Ever since I discovered Paul, I’ve had heavy interest in politics. I think what Ron Paul supporters need to focus on is pointing out flaws of others candidates. This has been an effective method for me for converting.
