...when i hear blowhard republicrat drug prohibitionists yacking about the latest federal 'anti-drug legislation,' i'm ALWAYS going to ask "WHERE IS THE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORIZATION FOR YOUR STINKING ANTI-DRUG LEGISLATION?"
