How Accurate/Inaccurate is this Chart?

Some of the info is outdated. The National Debt and Debt per Person is higher now.

What about some of the other statistics? Sources?

I'm asking because it's gone viral and I used it on my Facebook page.

anything based on government unemployment numbers is guaranteed to be unreliable... labor participation rate is the one they haven't figured out how to goose yet
