Man i cant wait to see results.

I know some towns voted early on monday midnight , according to the threads here.

i just pray that we at least make it first or second :)

I hope for it ... I don't think he'll get it... but I hope very deeply to eat my words. I hope that I feel so stupid for doubting that Ron Paul would win that I go and donate an idiotic sum of money to the campaign to try to compensate.

fraknly, i doubt that will happen, the media has pushed mccain 24/7..

and when we have multiple reports from people in NH saying they have heard people say they will vote Mccain because he is th only republican candidate that will get us out of iraq, then you see what idiocy we are up against..

1st place would be a dream, and after tonight i do beleive it is a small possibility.:o

2nd would be very serious as well.

3rd. Still a win for us, and we should be invited to all future debates.

4th. Good, probably beat giuliani and definitely beat Thompson

5th or less. Terrible, this will be a huge let down.

Well Kerry polled only 5% in 2000 and he won the Primary on the democrat side, I'm not sure what McCain was polling before he won in 2000.

Its all about turn out, with all the media exposure that McCain has recieved it could either go really well for him and he wins as the media wanted OR it could backfire and people that support him get the idea "Hey they keep saying he can win...why the heck do I need to get up from my dinner and go vote for him. He has this election in the bag". I hope the second one holds true :)

That's very encouraging!

Don't be too encouraged... Kerry was as establishment as they come. The machine elevates whom they please and brings low who they please. If you work outside the machine .......... like we do polls are always going to be against us. The polls work for the machine. If I sound enigmatic then you don't understand what's going on. We're trying to tear down the machine.... and we can't do it in a year.

could you guys PLEASE stop spreading bs predictions ??? 4th place or better would be great. the recent polls show him from 5th to 3rd. so that is the realistic range of expectations after iowa.

It would take a MIRACLE for that to happen. 3rd place would be great at this point. But you know.. go for it!

If you live in NH and you are reading this... not only should you vote for Ron Paul you should get everyone you know into a minivan and bring them to vote for Ron Paul too. The movement NEEDS a good showing in New Hampshire. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Gotta watch those un-achieved expectations blues...

Be wonderful, of course, if it came to be, but terrible if any supporters were later discouraged with such high wishful thinking if/when we only come in 2nd, 3rd, 4th.

We got 10% and beat Rudy in Iowa.

If we now get at least 15% in NH and beat Rudy and Thompson, we truly are doing great!

I hope/pray we do even better than that, and we should certainly be working towards it, and we deserve it, but be careful not to be set up for discouragement if we only get 15%, which is a huge increase to be justly proud of!

How bout instead of "hoping" for 1st, we MAKE it first??? huh???
If I learned anything from being in Iowa.. it's to make sure that your expectations are not too high.

Hope for 3rd, expect and be happy with 4th.
