Gee, it sure would've been nice if The New Yorker, et al. had put out stuff like that during COVID, the Twitter Files, various high-profile "cancellations", etc.

It's strange. I wonder why they didn't.

Oh, well. It's probably not that important, anyway.

The cultural winds are changing, and Hollywood actors are once again proving how out of touch they are by reviving a 1950's McCarthy-era committee to combat censorship and champion free speech. What it really means is that they only want free speech if it agrees with them.
