Great post!

I get that people are emotional. But people need to get a grip and realize that everyone is in this together, and that is going to include current Romney supporters, its going to include current Obama supporters too. We don't win on our own, and we don't win without those who currently appose us. We need to wake up to this reality. You cannot force the people to be free.

If you really want to win, and you want to know what our chances are, ask yourself one simple question.

Will YOU defend liberty today?

That is all.

I wish I could convey to y'all the amazing things that just happened in Texas the past week.

All I can say is we are winning; stay the course. The moment you give up, the tyrants win. Are you seriously going to let these scumballs roll you? Really?!? DON'T TAKE THE BAIT!

I agree there is an organized effort going on to 'amplify' emotions to create the appearance of polarization.

To neutralize this effort, 3 things need to happen:


1. Clarify and identify the feelings toward the RP Campaign in terms of Hegelian Dialectic. For example:

Thesis : The campaign is a money-grabbing scam with no intentions of 'winning'.
Antithesis : Anything outside of the campaign is a money-grabbing scam, and the campaign will stop at nothing to 'win'.
Synthesis : The concept of campaign 'purity', as it pertains to the ideology of the grassroots, and more importantly, the alignment of the campaign with the grassroots' definition of 'winning'.


2. Disengage

Anyone who feels him/herself gravitating toward either extreme position should probably take a little time away from all of this, as these are the positions of least productivity. By disengaging, it helps expose the perpetrators of this tactic.


3. Stay the course. Since the course is what 'they' are trying to change, it follows that by keeping your eye on the ball, you can help ensure their efforts will fail.

Follow through with the plan: get the delegates to Tampa. Get Ron on the ballot. Establish the platform for liberty. Talk to everyone there about the Fed. Do everything you were going to do. We can't be bought. Let Rand do his thing. Who knows? Maybe there's a method to this madness?
So many of us have been pretty much ignoring the official campaign. So why stop? Let's get all the delegates to Tampa, starting with the ones bound to RP.
